These well known organizations include MCI, Nextel/Sprint communications, Teletech Communications, and Kaiser Permanente.

Linnea comes to Idea Age Consulting from Kaiser Permanente where she headed a team of 120 personnel and successfully completed her Lean Six Sigma certification to improve business processes within a team and throughout the organization. She also previously led a team of 6 managers while at Nextel communications.
When she’s not busy helping organizations get more productive, she loves spending time with her husband and her 2 beautiful girls. A contributing member of the Denver community for the last 21 years, she’s the founder of “Healed without Scars” a mentoring community for women.
